Delivery conditions

• For orders placed via the webshop on working days, we aim to dispatch orders placed before 18:00 on the same day.
• All orders are shipped with UPS.
• Within the Netherlands and Belgium, shipments are sent via UPS.
• Within Europe, shipments are sent via UPS Standard (road transport).
• Outside Europe, shipments are sent via UPS Express Saver (air freight).
• For UPS Express Saver shipments (outside Europe), a minimum order value of €350 applies.
• Shipping costs for UPS Express Saver shipments will be charged. These costs are calculated after your order has been processed, based on volume and weight, and will be invoiced separately from your order.
• Shipping with UPS is offered as a service. Should you wish to use your own carrier, please inform us prior to placing your order by contacting service@bondt.com.
• Once the carrier performs the first scan, you will receive a track & trace email from UPS, enabling you to follow your shipment.
• Our general terms and conditions apply to all orders and shipments.
• In the overview below, you will find the carrier per country, including the applicable minimum order value.

Shipments that do not meet the minimum order value won't be shipped unless specified in the table below.

Other countries

For all other countries UPS is our preferred carrier. The minimum order value is € 350. For UPS shipments, shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight and volume of the package after your order has been processed. Shipping costs will be invoiced separately from your order.
