MEZ Cotton no.50 (Coats) is an eco-friendly, pure cotton sewing thread with a gorgeous sheen and natural look. It is a very strong thread, made from long-fibre, combed and mercerised Egyptian cotton. It is suitable for non-elastic cotton or linen fabrics, for clothing items such as dresses, blouses or shirts, but also for ordinary sewing work with other light-stretch fabrics. This thread is also used for patchwork and quilting. Washable up to 60°C. Available in several colours. It has been certified in accordance with the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 label (solid colours). One spool of MEZ Cotton holds 100 metres of thread. Supplied per 5 spools.
