As 2025 draws to a close, we want to thank you for the trust and energy you’ve brought to our partnership this year. Your support has helped us uplift, connect and inspire a thriving global crafting community.
The festive season is a perfect time to pause, recharge and look ahead to a new year full of creative opportunities. It also brings a few temporary changes to our service.

To help you plan ahead, we’d like to inform you about upcoming adjustments to our order processing and customer service availability. Please also note that, due to increased activity with our carriers, deliveries in December may take slightly longer than usual.

Order processing dates

• Orders placed before Wednesday 24 December at 12 noon CET will be dispatched the same day
• Orders placed after 12 noon CET on 24 December will be dispatched on Monday 29 December
• Orders placed before Wednesday 31 December at 12 noon CET will be dispatched the same day
• Orders placed after 12 noon CET on 31 December will be dispatched on Friday 2 January

Customer service availability
Our support team is available as usual from Monday to Friday between 9 and 12 noon CET, except on:

• Thursday 25 December
• Friday 26 December
• Thursday 1 January
