Whirl Birthday Cakes were shaped by the same passion that has defined Whirl from the very beginning: a deep love of colour, thoughtful design and the crafting community that made it iconic. Each of the three cake-inspired colourways — Cutie Pie (797), Berry on Top (798) and Piece of Cake (799) — blends creamy shades and delicious tones into carefully considered gradients, honouring everything makers love about Whirl. From the optimal twist that makes it a pleasure to work with, to the familiar "fuzz buzz" that signals an upcoming colour change, and the beautiful drape it brings to knitted and crocheted designs.

Wrapped in playful novelty yarn bands inspired by celebratory cake wrappers, these are designed to feel special — gift-worthy, eye-catching and clearly created for this milestone moment.

Bringing all three Birthday Cakes together reveals an extra treat. Designed in harmony, they share matching inner and outer shades, coming together to form one continuous, mesmerising gradient.
