Our systems are currently being restored via an alternative environment, whilst the situation in Almere is still being investigated. Unfortunately, this means that we are unable to process or dispatch any orders today.
Orders can still be placed as normal. We will inform you immediately as soon as we have more clarity regarding the resumption of order processing and expected delivery times. We expect to have a clearer picture of the next steps after the weekend.

Due to a major fire at an external data centre in Almere, we are currently unable to process and dispatch orders today.
On the morning of Thursday, 7 May 2026, a serious incident occurred at an external data centre in Almere, where part of our digital infrastructure is hosted. The fire has affected systems that are essential to our order processing operations.
As a result, we are currently unable to process and dispatch orders.
Our teams are working closely with external partners and suppliers to minimise the impact and restore all systems as quickly as possible. At this time, we are assessing the full impact of the incident and the expected recovery timeline.
